My name is Steve Mitchell. I am a licensed evangelist for the Lord Jesus Christ.
In 1988 I was a junior in high school when I had a nearly fatal car accident. After spending two months in a coma, and four more months in the hospital I was released. I started back to high school halfway through my senior year. I did not think that I would be able to grauate in 1989 with my class, but with some hard work; and the encouragement of my friends I was able to do the seemingly impossible, and in June of ‘89 I got my highh school diploma. A LITTLE MORE THAN ONE YEAR AFTER NEARLY DYING IN A CAR WRECK!
I was still in a wheelchair, but in 1990 I began taking classe at West Gorgia College. In my second year of college I had an encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ. After becoming a Christian, I understood that the Lord had been with me at all times, and He had brought me through the rocky roads after my wreck. Because of the love He had shown me I realized that I truly could do ALL THINGS through His power.
In 1997 I graduated from the State University of West Georgia with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. Ihave realized that God can use me through or in spite of my physical limitations.
It is my prayer that the words written on this site will bring you closer to and make your faith in Jesus stronger. As you read these words I hope that you will feel the warmth of God as He wraps His arms of love around you.
